Ingredients for morning radiance

Green Tea

Rich in polyphenols, green tea helps fight oxidative stress which leads to wrinkles and sagging skin. It’s also widely popular for its ability to reduce inflammation and protect against UV induced photo-aging.

Pomegranate

This ultra-hydrating oil is rich in omega 5 fatty acids and has the ability to penetrate deeply into the epidermal skin layers. It protects against both UV and environmental damage while helping to boost collagen production.

Ubiquinone

Better known as CoQ10, our bodies produce this powerhouse coenzyme but production slows with age. This naturally occurring antioxidant neutralizes free radicals and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin while simultaneously providing much needed cellular energy.

Vitamin C

We lovingly refer to this powerhouse antioxidant as the BLT of skincare for its ability to brighten, lighten, and tighten skin. Vitamin C is a natural photo-protectant which has shown to boost the anti-aging effects of sunscreen by up to 40%! It also stimulates collagen and elastin production reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

EGF’s

Epidermal Growth Factors are small proteins that assist in promoting skin health. EGF’s signal cellular division, differentiation, and protein synthesis that can reduce visible signs of aging. When used consistently, EGF’s help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, improve skin tone and texture, and support rejuvenation and revitalization.

Vitamin E

One of nature’s superior antioxidants, vitamin E neutralizes skin degrading free radicals before they damage the dermal proteins. Vitamin E also works as an advanced delivery system driving active ingredients deeper into the skin. It also has the ability to protect vitamin C from oxidation making this molecule a must-have in the fight against skin aging.

Hyaluronic Acid

HA is a naturally occurring molecule found in almost every fluid and tissue in the human body. Roughly 50% of the total HA resides in the skin tissue making this ingredient crucial for maintaining the moisture content and elasticity of our skin. HA increases resiliency, acts as a natural humectant, smooths skin texture, and increases barrier function.

Willow Bark

Willow bark gently exfoliates surface skin cells and increases the production of new skin cells by up to 24%! Its non-irritating and gentle enough to be used daily making it a great option for sensitive skin conditions. Additionally, willow bark is a natural preservative which can increase the longevity and effectiveness of serums and lotions.

It’s not a coincidence that the superior ingredients for achieving an incredible complexion all have phenomenal anti-aging properties! Incorporating these powerhouses into your morning regimen will reduce and prevent visible aging while keeping your skin healthy, supple, and radiant. So, get glowing!
