If you have recently undergone CoolSculpting, you understand just how important it is to maintain a healthy diet and exercise plan afterward to prevent you from gaining additional weight back later on down the line. To help you stay on track this Halloween when there are ghosts, ghouls, and candy hiding around every corner, we have a few tips for you.
Bring Your Own Snacks
There is no shame in your health game and so if you plan on going to a party where you know there will be a lot of treats and not a lot of healthy food, then bring your own snacks. For instance, pack a small bag of sliced apples or carrot sticks that you can munch on. If you feel a bit weird about showing up with your own snacks, then consider bringing a vegetable or fruit tray to share with everyone.
Indulge a Little
If you don’t allow yourself to ever have any sugar, then you are more likely to fall off the wagon and eat too much candy. Let yourself have a piece or two of candy every day or even just on the weekends; this will help you satisfy your sweet tooth without you going overboard.
Fill Up On the Good Stuff
Everyone knows that if you go into a Halloween party hungry, that you are going to eat a bunch of stuff you may regret later on.
