3 Ways to Maintain Your Coolsculpting Results This Summer

Now that summer is here, it’s a lot easier to stay active because there is so much to do outside. If you just got Coolsculpting done and are waiting on results or if you have already started to see a slimmer you, then we have a few tips for you to maintain your results.

Get a Fitness Tracker Watch

Take a look around, and you will notice more and more people are wearing a fitness tracker on their wrist. Whether you get an Apple watch or a Fitbit, fitness trackers are popular because they keep you motivated. Not only does it remind you to get up and get moving, but you can keep track of your steps every day. A fitness tracker is a great way to get you excited about making goals and accomplishing them each and every day.

Eat Fresh

If calorie counting isn’t your bag, we totally get it. Calorie counting can make eating not quite so fun anymore. Rather than torturing yourself with numbers, try to eat fresher food instead. For instance, rather than eating a bowl of cereal for breakfast, grab a low-fat yogurt and put a bunch of fresh fruit on top. And, rather than getting a hamburger for dinner, get a fresh green salad instead. Making all these changes won’t just be good for your waistline, but they will be good for your heat as well. Plus, with so many fresh fruits and vegetable options available during the summer, now is the best time to eat this way.

Get Outdoors

Nothing is quite as relaxing as binge-watching Netflix on the weekends or at night after work, but all of that sitting isn’t going to do you any favors. Make it a goal this summer to put down the remote and get outside. The more time you spend outside, the more likely you are to get moving and, who knows, maybe you’ll find a new outdoor activity that you like to do.
