• SKIN Medical Spa accepts Amex, MC, Visa and Discover. We do not accept personal checks.

• 24-hour advance notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• $100 fee applies to a missed appointment.
• At the request of our guests, please turn off cell phones and refrain from use while in the office.
• Unopened products may be returned for a full refund. Opened products may be exchanged for product credit only. All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase. Prescription products are final sale only.
