New clients should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled consultation to complete a client profile.
When calling, please have your credit card number available, so we may hold your scheduled appointment time.
SKIN Medical Spa accepts Amex, MC, Visa and Discover. We do not accept personal checks.
24-hour advance notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
$100 fee applies to a missed appointment.
At the request of our guests, please turn off cell phones and refrain from use while in the office.
Unopened products may be returned for a full refund. Opened products may be exchanged for product credit only. All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase. Prescription products are final sale only.
